In-Person Courses
All of our weekly Community Courses run in 6 week blocks. You can opt to take all 6 sessions for £48 or any 4 out of the 6 for £36.
Private Studio Sessions
Learn at your own pace on our traditional studio apparatus. Come and try it a session for yourself at our state-of-the-art studio in Much Wenlock.
Online
Join us on our sister site for immediate access to over 100 Pilates classes. Pay a one off fee for a programme; or join our membership for just £4.99/month.
