WHAT IS PILATES?
Many people have heard of Pilates or even been recommended to try it by a medical professional. Pilates is a method of exercise simply put aims to put your body back into its optimum state of health using gentle exercises to correct posture, breathing, flexibility, balance and spinal health. It is well known for rehabilitating injury and creating strong core muscles (deep abdominal muscles) it is not easily compared to any other form of exercises but it uses different exercises to gentle mobilise, strengthen and stretch your body leaving you feeling strong and energised.

Our Pilates classes are termed as ‘Mixed Ability’ making them suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels, including beginners. All of our classes are purposefully kept small as accuracy is important and we aim to correct everyone to ensure they are getting the most out of our classes. In the case of this class there are a maximum of 12 participants. As we run as a course format, we have friendly and supportive atmosphere as our clients get to know each other. We offer expert tuition from highly qualified, professional instructors who are dedicated to helping you look and feel better. All our courses are very reasonably priced at £48 for the 6 week course which is well below the local average as we believe in the method so much, we just want people to have access to it and enjoy it.
