7pm OR 8PM. There is no difference in standard between the two classes. Classes are 55 mins long. Both classes are termed as ‘Mixed Ability’ making them suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels including beginners.
4 or 6 CLASS OPTIONS:
You can opt to book all 6 sessions of the course for £48 or 4 out of the 6 sessions for £36. If you wish to take the 4 class option simply apply discount code HOL1 at the checkout for the correct price to display. Please note that if you are booking for more than one person you will need to do this separately because discount codes can only be applied once.
ABOUT OUR CURRENT COURSE PROGRAMME:
All of our Pilates for Horse Riders Courses aim to develop your strength, flexibility and balance for horse riding based on Target Pilates Director, Christina Hales’ original research and application of biomechanics for riders.
Christina is one the UK’s foremost experts in the application of Pilates to Horse Riding and has written a well respected book on the subject. All Target Pilates teachers are put through our in house training programme to focus on 5 main areas to help develop horse riding technique and to assist in injury prevention they are:
- Improving posture (Improving the position of the shoulder girdle.)
- Improving the flexibility of the hips and spine
- Strengthening the Gluteal Muscles
- Improving core strength
- Improving balance
